How to add a custom license

When you are working with a license for a business or an individual, things can get complicated. When using License Manager with Harbor Compliance, we aim to simplify the process of adding and keeping track of your licenses. Below will guide you through adding a custom license to License Manager:

  1. Log in on the Harbor Compliance website.
  2. Click on the License Manager module.
  3. Click on the Add License button.
  4. Click the Add Custom License button.
  5. Add the license details, including License Number, Start Date, etc.
  6. Click the Submit button to save the license details.
  7. To ensure the system reminds you of any upcoming renewals for a custom license, create a custom event by clicking on the Events tab.
  8. Click one of the Add Event buttons.
  9. Fill in the blanks with the relevant renewal information. Click the Submit button to save this information.

    *Please note you can customize the frequency, the assignee, and input the anticipated filing fee, if applicable.
