To receive invoice emails more or less frequently, simply update your email preferences.
You can customize your billing email schedule to let us know when you want to receive subscription renewal and filing fee invoice emails. Add as many reminders as you’d like up to 90 days before or 90 days after the renewal date.
Follow the steps below to customize your billing email preferences.
Navigate to Email Preferences
- Log in to your account and choose Billing on your side menu.
- Select the Payment Options tab.
- Scroll down to the Email Preferences section.
From there, you will see subsections to set your preferences for subscription renewal invoice emails and filing fee invoice emails.
You can set the schedule on which you will receive emails. A minimum of one email is required.
