When you are working with the Secretary of State, a lot of paperwork requires you to list your Registered Agent. To make this information easy to access, we keep it in your account to reference at any time. See below for how to access your Registered Agent information in our software.
1. Log in on the Harbor Compliance website.
2. Once logged in, click on the Registered Agent Service module.
3. Under the Addresses tab, you will find your Registered Agent information under the Address column.
*In states where a registered agent email address and phone number are required, that information will also be listed under the Addresses tab.
Tip: We provide state forms pre-filled with our registered agent information for your convenience under the State Forms tab.
The information will be unique for each jurisdiction in which you have service, so make sure you filter for the jurisdiction that you need. If you need to add Registered Agent Service for another jurisdiction, you can do so by clicking on the Add States button in the Registered Agent Service module.
