Clients with up to four accounts will automatically receive a monthly Compliance Report email to stay up-to-date with the activity on each account. This feature aggregates important information into one notice. The report reduces the number of system notifications you receive and summarizes any action you may need to take in your Client Portal.
What’s included in my Compliance Report?
The Compliance Report email will include any timely notifications reflected on your Client Portal dashboard. Items requiring your attention, like overdue invoices, project tasks, and registered agent documents, will be clearly indicated.
Can I change how often I receive my Compliance Report?
You have the option to change how often you receive your Compliance Report. You may choose to receive it on a monthly basis, weekly basis, or never.
If you want to change how often you, or any other individuals on your account, receive this summary, please log in and update your email settings.
Note: It is strongly recommended that, whether or not you choose to receive the Compliance Report email, you still have Notify Service of Process turned on. This is fundamental to registered agent service and ensures that you’ll continue to receive Service of Process deliveries with enough time to respond.
