Our Managed Annual Report Service is designed to help our clients save time tracking due dates and filing reports. We've designed this service to take all the guesswork out of annual reports. Here's what to expect.
Step 1: You provide your information
The first step in your Managed Annual Report Service project is to provide us with basic information about your organization. From your Client Portal, click on "Project Status" and then the orange "Provide Information" button to access the online information form. Enter your information into the form and when you're done, hit "Submit". This comprehensive guide provides step-by-step instructions.
Step 2: We ensure accurate registration information
Once we have your organization's information, our team will research the information on file with each state in your project to confirm your registration status and identify anything that might prevent an on-time filing when your report is due. If we find anything, we'll contact your organization's Fulfillment Contact to provide the details.
Step 3: Pay filing fees and provide state-specific information
90 days prior to your filing due date, we'll send you an invoice for the filing fee associated with it. Payment for filing fee invoices is generally due 60 days prior to the filing due date to ensure timely filing. In a handful of states, there is additional information to provide each year for your report. Generally speaking, we will alert you about 90 days prior to the filing due date if there is any additional information we need to complete your filing.
If you want to see the status of your project, simply log into your Client Portal and click on "Project Status" from the left menu. Many projects allow you to expand the view to see the status of individual tasks within a project.
