The fulfillment contact is the person you designate to communicate with our team throughout the delivery of your services. This person is authorized to keep your filing information up to date, including editing information about the Individuals on your Account.
To edit whether an Individual is assigned as a Fulfillment Contact:
- In the main menu, click Individuals.
- Find the Individual you wish to modify in the list. Then on the right, click Edit.
- Scroll down to check or uncheck Assign as Fulfillment Contact. After you are done editing, scroll down and click Submit.
