1. Enter Your Information: Start by logging into your account, selecting “Dynamic Disclosures” from the side navigation, and then filling in your organization’s information.
2. Auto-Generate Your Disclosures: Once your information is entered, Harbor Compliance’s software automatically generates your disclosure statements according to each state’s requirements. We merge in your organization’s name, mission statement, address, and registration numbers. We also format the text according to the rules set forth by each state.
Please note: Where you see that the font has been bolded, underlined, or capitalized, it is formatted according to specific state requirements and should not be changed. Font sizes are also set based on state requirements and should not be made smaller.
3. Add (or Replace) Disclosures on Your Website: In your Client Portal you will see a section called “Embed Code” that contains the code you will add to your website. Once this code is added to your website, it creates a link between your website and our Dynamic Disclosures service. After that, the service continually updates your website’s disclosure statements and also formats and prepares a real-time list of the disclosure requirements for use in any PDFs or printed solicitation materials.
