When you receive registered agent documents, we immediately email all Colleagues in your account who have notifications activated for that type of document. You can customize who receives notifications for each document type in the Email Settings tab.
If no one downloads the document, we follow up with a second email the following morning, and yet another on the third day if the document remains unopened. Once a Colleague downloads the document, email notifications stop for all colleagues.
Because it is important to us that you access your time-sensitive legal documents right away, we also follow up with a courtesy phone call to alert you to service of process deliveries.
