If you wish to cancel your registered agent service, you will need to file with the secretary of state to change your registered agent and forward proof of the change to us.
Here's how to cancel your registered agent service:
- File with the secretary of state to change your registered agent.
- Once your registered agent has been changed, please email proof of the change to info@harborcompliance.com.
We will not be able to cancel your registered agent service until you have completed these steps. As long as we are listed as your registered agent, we are responsible for receiving your legal documents and are committed to doing so.
Please note that you must complete these steps before your subscription renewal date. After that date, your invoice will remain due for that subscription year. We notify you 90 days prior to your subscription renewal date to give you plenty of time to complete these steps.
Once you have completed these steps, we will cancel your service going forward.
